i had a fab time at the white lion. the location is so beautifull next to a lovely country pub. the room was super clean and fresh, with everything needed for a comfy stay. food at the pub was amazing, i had chicken kiev which was huge and delish! and the locals were really friendly right from the start.
but there was no parking so i had to park on the road which was kinda tight. also, the menu options for vegetarians were a bit disappointing.

The stay was pleasant with a delicious breakfast and a beautifully decorated room that felt cozy and fresh. there were limited vegetarian options on the menu and some noise from the air conditioning units, which could detract from the overall experience. Despite these small drawbacks, I enjoyed my time and found the location peaceful and inviting.

The room was fresh and clean, located next to a beautiful garden. The bed provided great support, ideal for a cozy stay. The staff friendly and attentive, always ready to help. I enjoyed the delicious dinner. the homemade pie exceeded my expectations. Breakfast wasn't just a meal. it was fantastic and made to order. Despite these positives, the bathroom could use better heating as it felt chilly, especially with the towel rail not being effective. I would definitely return for the hospitality and great food.
